2025/2026 Employee Appreciation Events
We are excited to announce a new approach to celebrating and appreciating you!
Based on feedback from faculty and staff, we are evolving our traditional Employee Appreciation Week into a series of appreciation events spread throughout the year. This new format offers more flexibility and greater opportunities for participation, making it easier for everyone to join the fun鈥攏o matter their schedule.
Thank you for everything you do to make KSU such a vibrant and supportive place to work. We can鈥檛 wait to celebrate you!

The Team Registration Packet must be submitted as a single scanned document to Hrevents@kennesaw.edu on or before Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 5 pm. All required signatures must be DocuSigned or wet ink signatures. Team members must be KSU staff, student assistant, or faculty only.Team captains are responsible for submitting a complete registration packet in a timely fashion. The first 18 teams to properly submit all documents as a single packet will be deemed qualified to participate in the 2025 Owlympics. Teams 19-21 will be alternate teams and may participate if registered teams are disqualified or unable to participate on the day of the event.
Team captains are also responsible for participating in a Team Captain Meeting prior to the event, communicating game rules to participants, overseeing their team, giving directions, and lining up the correct number of players in anticipation of each game.
Team member changes cannot be submitted after 5:00 pm on Friday, July 18, 2025. Team member changes require submission of the registration and liability forms to Hrevents@kennesaw.edu. Any team who cannot field a complete team comprised of seven 鈥渞egular鈥� members will forfeit participation in the games. Prior to July 18, the alternate can be moved to 鈥渞egular鈥� member status provided the alternate signs the Team Registration Form and Event Waiver and Release Form.
