Goals

Along with the NIH mission, our lab is committed to seeking fundamental knowledge about the nature and behavior of living systems and the application of that knowledge to enhance health, lengthen life, and reduce illness and disability.

Our goals in this current project:

  • To investigate the roles of lipid raft
  • To understand the lipid-protein interactions
  • To simulate and predict lipid-protein interactions
  • To design algorithms for binding affinity prediction
